By using the Bot you agree to these Terms. 1. Description of Service Green Candle Bot provides financial market data including stock prices, cryptocurrency prices, forex rates, charts, heatmaps, news headlines, and related tools within Discord servers. The Bot retrieves data from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance. 2. Not Financial Advice The Bot does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All market data, charts, and information provided by the Bot are for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information provided by the Bot. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses you incur. 3. Data Accuracy Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction). Premium Subscriptions The Bot offers optional paid Premium features ("Premium"). By purchasing Premium you agree to: Pay the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis Provide accurate billing information Our refund policy: subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Premium is processed through Stripe or Discord's built-in payment system. We do not store your payment card details. 7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
