We are committed to protecting your privacy. 1. Information We Collect Information you provide Discord User ID — collected when you use any Bot command Discord Server (Guild) ID — collected when commands are used in a server Feedback messages — if you submit feedback via /feedback submit Saved layouts — TradingView chart URLs saved via /configure layout save Automatically collected information Command usage logs — which commands you use and when (used for rate limiting and enforcing free-tier daily limits). We do not log the content of your searches. Server configuration — channel IDs and settings configured by server admins Information we do NOT collect Your Discord username, email address, or password Message content outside of explicit Bot commands Payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe or Discord) Your IP address 2. How We Use Your Information Command usage logs — to enforce daily free-tier limits and provide aggregate analytics to the bot owner Discord User ID — to identify your account for premium access, usage tracking, and responding to your commands Server configuration — to deliver features like scheduled posts, alerts, and server-specific defaults Feedback — to improve the Bot's features and fix bugs We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. 3. Third-Party Services The Bot interacts with the following third-party services: Discord — the platform through which the Bot operates. See Discord's Privacy Policy at discord.com/privacy Yahoo Finance — market data provider. Your search symbols are sent to Yahoo Finance to retrieve data. No personal information is shared. Stripe — payment processing for Premium subscriptions. Stripe handles all payment data. See stripe.com/privacy Alternative.me — Crypto Fear & Greed index data. No personal data is shared. 4. Data Retention Command usage logs — automatically deleted after 30 days Server configuration — retained until a server admin removes it or the Bot is removed from the server Premium subscription records — retained for billing and support purposes Feedback — retained until reviewed and resolved 5. Data Security We store data in a locally hosted SQLite database. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 6.
